REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
At Fortuna, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for products and services purchased through our website.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ENTRY PACKS
Quick Entry packs and other digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital goods are non-tangible and delivered immediately, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your digital purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of your order and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
3. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
If you cancel within the first 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not yet used any membership benefits, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@fortuna.com.
4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you purchased a physical product and wish to return it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@fortuna.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
6. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES
Sweepstakes entries earned through purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. If a refund is issued for a qualifying purchase, any entries associated with that purchase will be voided.
7. HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
