FORTUNA Rewards LLC Sweepstakes
1. SPONSOR
FORTUNA Rewards LLC, 300 East Britton Road, Oklahoma City, OK ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Florida and New York where registration is required and has not been completed, and void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ends on March 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Method 1 – Online Purchase
During the Entry Period, visit fortuna.com and make a qualifying purchase. For every $1.00 (USD) spent (before taxes and shipping), you will receive 10 sweepstakes entries. Entries are calculated based on the subtotal of your order rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
Method 2 – Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE / No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without a purchase, visit fortuna.com/pages/amoe for complete mail-in instructions. Each qualifying mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as a $1.00 purchase.
5. ENTRY LIMITS
There is no limit on the number of entries per person, subject to purchase or AMOE method limitations. Only one (1) mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 19, 2026 by a licensed independent third-party administrator selected by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. PRIZE
Grand Prize (1): See giveaway page for current prize details. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $0. Cash alternative: $0 at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within 7 days or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of being notified. If the affidavit is not returned within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner must provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
10. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize. Winner must provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax ID to receive prize.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without reference to Oklahoma's choice of law rules. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
12. WINNER LIST
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: FORTUNA Rewards LLC, 300 East Britton Road, Oklahoma City, OK, Attn: Winners List. Requests must be received within 60 days of the end of the Entry Period.
