The Sweepstakes begins at [Start Date/Time and Time Zone] and ends at [End Date/Time and Time Zone] (the âPromotion Periodâ). Administratorâs computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry. All entriesâwhether obtained via a qualifying purchase or the free alternative methodâwill be treated equally, combined in a single pool, and afforded an equal chance of winning.
A. Purchase Entry (if offered)
During the Promotion Period, visit [Website/URL] and purchase [eligible product(s)/merchandise/entry packages] to receive entries as follows: [describe the accrual, e.g., âone (1) entry for each $1.00 spent before taxes and shippingâ OR âX entries per qualifying itemâ]. Purchases that are canceled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated will result in a corresponding reduction of entries. Limit: [state any daily/overall limits or âno limitâ].
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) â No Purchase Necessary
Option 1 (Online AMOE):
During the Promotion Period, visit [AMOE URL] and complete the AMOE form with your full name, mailing address, email, telephone number, date of birth, and the Sweepstakes title â[SWEEPSTAKES TITLE].â You will receive [X] entries per valid AMOE submission, up to [N] AMOE submissions per person per [day OR Promotion Period]. AMOE entries are included in the same drawing pool and have the same odds of winning as purchase entries.
Option 2 (MailâIn AMOE):
Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, telephone number, date of birth, and the Sweepstakes title â[SWEEPSTAKES TITLE]â on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 stamped envelope to: [Sponsor/Administrator Name], Attn: [SWEEPSTAKES TITLE â AMOE], [Street Address], [City, State ZIP]. Each eligible mail-in request equals [X] entries. Limit [N] mail-in requests per person per [day OR Promotion Period]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [Postmark Deadline] and received by [Receipt Deadline]. No photocopies, mechanical reproductions, or bulk shipments will be accepted. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.
General Entry Conditions:
Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Automated, scripted, robotic, or mass entries are prohibited and will be void. Participants may not create or use multiple accounts, identities, or devices to enter beyond the stated limits. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, forged, altered, generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means, or that does not conform to these Official Rules.

Prize Conditions:
- No cash redemption, exchanges, or substitutions except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if a prize becomes unavailable.
- Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), fees, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated as provided herein.

6. ODDS; WINNER SELECTION
On or about [Drawing Date], Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select the potential winner(s). All valid entriesâwhether obtained via purchase or AMOEâwill be combined in a single pool and drawn in the same manner with equal odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION; VERIFICATION
Potential winner(s) will be notified by [email/phone/mail] at the contact information provided at entry within approximately [X] business days after the drawing. Potential winner(s) may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), IRS Form Wâ9 (U.S. winners), and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor/Administrator within [5â10] business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely return required documents, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate via random drawing from remaining eligible entries. For prizes with ARV $600 or more, an IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the winner consistent with federal tax requirements.
8. PUBLICITY
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winnerâs name, likeness, voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notice.
